Coping with stress holistically, joint taught by Karen Kasmer and Tzun Tzun Hsue.
Using tones, vibration and sound. Using the tones of Tibetan bells and bowls to activate the mind and body healing abilities. No previous experience required. This is a time to get some energy work done and open to the flow of healing in sound and tones.
