What is Chi Kung (Qigong)?
Chi Kung is a form of practice that focus on energy ,mind and body connection. It is both a physical and energy practice. Just like Yoga it is to clear the mind and improve the body/mind connection. Unlike Yoga we focus on the channels that the energy flows through and help clear some of the energy/physical blocks that can occur as we go through our life.
Chi kung practice and what is call empty force is helping us practice in a real way the application of energy and physical responses. If you are interested in doing then this is the place. Learn how to channel and direct your intent and be active in helping to strengthen your energy and body/mind connection. Clear the mental as well as energy blocks that can be impacting you without you knowing. Or how we prevent growth because we are suppressing clearing the blockages or conflicts.
In martial arts we can learn to work with the energy and how with proper focus . This in turn help the body respond better and more clear in what our intent can do. To do this we have to go beyond mind or thought. We have to feel and sense the flows and how they respond.
In practice of Chi Kung meditation we can channel energy and clear blockages that happen. This allows more awareness and reduce stress and fear. We can be open to creating more in a more clear fashion. If this interest you in becoming more than check us out.
Our training is to help you overcome the limits and extend beyond the fears and limits that have kept you from clearing the obstacles. Using Chi Kung and some of the practices and wisdom to help redirect your intent in a more clear and focus way.
Our focus is you experiencing the Chi and how it must work with the body and mind. How to direct and be open to clear blocks that can occur. These blocks are energy base that impacts physical ,energy and mental as well as emotional. Clearing them is a desire practice and requirement for better flow and energy. They can drain away resources if you are not clearing them. You need tools and willing to learn new things.
To really appreciate what it can do for you try it for a month. We focus on Chi Kung and Empty Force exercises. We do Internal Martial Arts for health and to improve our attitudes and lessen stress. Our focus is to create a more positive person in balance. That you have a better attitude rather staying trap in some of the block energies and not being aware. If you have the courage you can develop the strength and power to obtain the real sense of power.
Our Programs are constantly changing to improve the training as well as learning new skills. We are constantly looking to expand each persons experience in a positive way. We believe we can help you release and let go of old energies and help with new ones. Learn new thoughts and ideals and develop a more positive attitude. Help harmonize the conflicts that are causing a disturbance. Help create a more peaceful space for you to be center into. Open and receive energy flow so that it is more center in your ability to be open and aware.Try it for a month and see if it improves your potential and your level of energy. See if you learn something that can help you make the transition and have proper intent and focus.
