Chi Kung Meditation
What is Quiet Thunder Chi Kung?
Tibetan chi kung does not focus on just energy stagnation. We work with the whole person, emotional, energetic, physical and spiritual. Our practices are designed to help people make changes in the real world.
At Quiet Thunder our focus is to clear and empty out the spiritual karma at its root. The focus is in bringing the your internal self and external self to work in harmony by connecting our awareness to our body and soul. Recognizing how much the mind and the fears block the energies.
To develop harmony between the energy and the consciousness we focus on awareness and our connection to love.
Traditionally, Chi Kung has been used for prevention of disease, healing, and martial arts. Read more in depth
Who we are
We are here to teach and train people in Tibetan Qigong and Martial Arts. Our focus is to help bring about your own personal power and flow through the development of Qigong and Martial Arts. The balance between the two is how we harmonize the flow. Our intent is to teach the Qi for healing and Martial Arts Mastery. To help learn to be more confidence in what you create. When you have more energy you can create and open to other things and other people. We teach people to have better attitudes and help create a more positive outlook. Using Qigong as well as some of the more deeper wisdom to help make the shift that allows for real change in energy and attitudes. Our purpose is about Qigong but also good focus and intent for healing and Martial Arts as well as Spiritual Development.
