Policies
Class Cancellations: at least 24 hours notice will be given for all class cancellations.
Session Cancellations: Client must give 24 hours notice prior to canceling a scheduled session or will be charged the total fee.
Refunds: No refunds given for any classes, workshops, sessions or series unless stated otherwise in the description.
Retreats: Must be paid for in advance unless a payment plan is arranged with Quiet Thunder. Non-refundable deposit required to hold your space. Refunds given if prior notice is given due to illness, injury or tragedy. Student must discuss with Tzun Tzun prior to refund request.
Payment plans: Contact to discuss a potential payment plan. Each plan is created on an individual basis.
Automatic Monthly Deductions: May be cancelled at anytime. Please notify Tzun Tzun and/or Dana if you would like to cancel your automatic monthly payment. Thank you.
