About Tibetan Chi-Kung or Qigong
Tibetan Chi Kung is linked to the practice of "Lin Kong Ji" or "Empty Force," which is a process whereby an Empty Force/Chi Kung master transmits his energy to his students, allowing them to raise their level of energy. Various exercises combined with the teacher's presence and intention to transmit energy cause this to happen.
In order to open the body and energy system we must clear the restrictions that are in the way. These restrictions are energetically, physically, mentally and emotionally based.
What is Empty Force?
Empty Force is the practice of learning to use and apply energy for healing and Martial Arts. It is define by the ability to release and project the Qi. No physical touching in order to get a response. Everybody has the ability to learn how to respond and be aware. Why would you want to experience and be aware? Simple when you can respond you can release block energy. Your response in martial arts training are faster and more aware. You are open to sense the flow. Not only that you can sense on a energy level what maybe going on in someone else physical space. You can master your potential of energy and physical and mental energies coming together.
In healing it is combination of physical and energy coming together. When we project and can receive we let go of block energies and thoughts. At the physical level if we could allow energy to be taken in and release without the conscious thoughts that is so much more easier and effective. So in empty force project energy and learn how to receive so we release block energies and learn how to respond to energy.
If this sounds like something for you come on in and try it. It is something that can benefit you in the long run.
